Back in June Rachel began a 6 week wave with the intention of gaining muscle and learning great lifting technique. She wanted to be able to go to the gym on her own, with the confidence of knowing how to properly lift, without fear of hurting herself or just spinning her wheels and getting nowhere. When I offered to continue the wave after 6 weeks, she was the 1st to jump onboard even though she is the very busy wife and working mother of a one year old.
Always asking questions and eager to learn, this girl was a worker and put everything into her training! Every day I not only watched her strength grow but her determination to do it well and do it right. Not only did Rachel’s strength grow in leaps and bounds but her physique transformed into a beautiful athletic, strong body. Everyday people in the studio were noticing the obvious change. Iâ€™m not really sure if Rachel is aware of the comments that were going on around her â€œwow look at her backâ€ and â€œher legs are looking amazing!â€ but the change in her was very rapid and very noticeable early on. Thank you for being such and awesome student of strength Rachel! You made my job very easy.
