From Wichita, Ks. at BeStrong Training meet the next a12 graduate, my friend Emily.
I met Emily about 6 years ago at the school my mom had worked at. Not long after that I started training her. She has a strong mind and is unstoppable! From the very beginning she embraced her strength and wanted to try different things to implement into her training. She had previously been consistent attending group instruction classes with a friend but wanted to gain confidence and knowledge of a strength program to do on her own.
She always has a positive mindset always encouraging and motivating others around her. Again, she was another client I had really wanted to be a part of ‘The Amazing12’ Program. She was right away on board and excited for a new challenge for 12 weeks. She came into the program strong and finished even stronger!!
She never missed a workout and was always excited to begin her day lifting each and every day at 4:30 am. She not only did 1 chinup for the 1st time, but she did 3 chinups at week 10 of the program. She ended program with a total of 16 chinups for reps. So awesome! She also lost over 15 lbs and 20 inches and lost over 6% bodyfat, along with putting on lean muscle.

The Amazing 12 has helped me find strength within myself, both physically and mentally, that I never knew I had. I won’t lie, there were days that ï»¿ï»¿wereï»¿ï»¿ tough, and I wondered how I could ever lift any heavier than I was that day. I took care of myself through rest and ï»¿nutritionï»¿ and returned to the gym stronger every time. I loved it!
In the past, I have felt uncertain about how to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat. The Amazing 12 made nutrition choices easy for me. I kept a log and submitted to my awesome coach once a week. If she saw any problems, we talked about them and I adjusted portions or types of food.
I would give the Amazing 12 a rating of 10 out of 10. I truly would! It provided a completely different gym experience than I have ever had. I knew what to expect, and I knew exactly what to do to reach my goals. There was no “hoping” I would get stronger because I gained strength every week!
My coach was Stacie. She has been my trainer for the last three years. She has done incredible things with my body over the years, but the Amazing 12 is by far the best gift she could have given me. I trust Stacie with every ounce of my being. She goes above and beyond to help me reach my goals and to keep me healthy.
My confidence has grown exponentially because I love my body again. It’s not a perfect body, but it’s a strong one and it looks pretty darn good (even if I can’t keep my pants pulled up anymore).
Through the Amazing 12, I achieved my goal of one chin-up. Two weeks later, I am doing two in a row! It’s incredible! If you are considering the Amazing 12, my advice is to decide how committed you are to seriously changing your way of life. If feeling great, looking AMAZING and becoming stronger than you ever thought you could sounds good, then go for it!
